Long story short, I needed my CTM module fixed in my 2002 durango. I looked online and it seemed to be a 350 dollar repair with labor. These guys wanted to charge me $587 for the repair. Me, being particularly careful with my money(as most people are) decided to verify with Dicks Country Dodge in Hillsboro. They told me that the part was $299 and the labor was around $50-80. All said and done, Dicks Country Dodge charged me $357 for the repair. I will never go back to Northwest!! they are dishonest and will smile at you while stealing your money. This repair consisted of 5 screws, 3 wires, and programing the new CTM to my truck.....
