Good Price, Poor service 3/7/2010

They said they would put propane jets in our stove before they shipped it out. This was made clear and confirmed. they sent the stove out with the wrong jets. The serviceman who came out was not knowledgeable and left our appliance out of adjustment. They also came out because we smelled gas when the oven was turned on, He agreed but admitted he could not fix it. Pros: They beat Sears on all our appliances when we built. Cons: Service man wasn't knowldgeable more

Great service, great prices 2/24/2010

I got some great appliances for a price that beat Lowes. They also worked with me to maintain their prices when construction was delayed. Nice selection of some real good products. Pros: Local company who goes out of thier way to help more

Do not buy from this company if you want post sales service 10/29/2008

They do not have the worst customer service, they have NO customer service. Their philosophy seems to be sell the product then disavow any responsibility for the product. Once they have your money, they are on to the next customer. I would never buy there again. Buy you appliances at Sears, Home Depot or Lowes if you wnt post sales service. Cons: Lousy customer service more

Incompetent staff/ poor customer service 3/12/2008

Terrible experience with this store. First recieved wrong appliance which they would not take back unless I wsa willing to pay a 25% restocking fee-several hundred dollars. Overall staff was rude and not knowledgeable at all. I would not send my worst enemy to this store!!!!!!! POOR STaFF!!! The error was their staff's incompetence. I bought a total of 4 appliances there and will not return there again. Overpriced and incompetent staff. more

Great customer service 3/11/2008

We've been buying our appliances from Nilson's for years, have always had good in store service, and find they carry good products as well. I've never had to deal with contractors personally because we did the installations ourselves or hired a contractor we knew. As far as repairs on appliances they are pretty much done once the sale is final, you are referred to Poulsbo repair service, and plan on a two week wait for any repair service. I've found they will work with customers to beat the best deal out there on the product as well. more

Good products, terrible post sales customer service. 8/25/2006

We bought a range hood, a convection oven and a microwave, total cost $4,200. They recommended two ""installlers"" that, upon initial call, said they would call us back. They did not.\r We waited, and waited. We bought this equipment in February!!!\r \r Finally, we contacted another installer. He was able to do it the same week. (He installed August 25!)\r \r Great products, terrible service. Do yourself a favor, and buy from Sears, Home Depot...\r \r NOT FROM NILSEN'S!!!!!! (Too much hassle working with their installers.) Pros: Good products. Cons: Terrible Post-Sales Customer Service. more
