We bought a range hood, a convection oven and a microwave, total cost $4,200. They recommended two ""installlers"" that, upon initial call, said they would call us back. They did not.\r
We waited, and waited. We bought this equipment in February!!!\r

Finally, we contacted another installer. He was able to do it the same week. (He installed August 25!)\r

Great products, terrible service. Do yourself a favor, and buy from Sears, Home Depot...\r

NOT FROM NILSEN'S!!!!!! (Too much hassle working with their installers.)
Pros: Good products.
Cons: Terrible Post-Sales Customer Service.
