I read so many great reviews on the Internet including such serious engines like Google, Insider Pages and Judy's Book posted by satisfied customers for Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company that I called them for a quote on my move from Catonsville to Bel Air. I spoke with Anna at the company's Customer Support and she guided me through the beginning process and what to look for in a moving company and the questions to ask all the other companies that were quoting me as well. She took my information and told me she would contact me momentarily and within 10 minutes Anna called me with the flat-rate binding quote. She was very helpful and asked me questions that most of the other companies did not ask and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She quoted me $1100 initially ( not much since I have 5 bedroom house) and after speaking with 10 other companies I called here with their quotes to see if she could do any better. Here email said they would beat the quote of any reputable competitor and one of the quotes was the exact same services (so I thought) for 1000.00 when I forwarded the quote to them she actually picked it apart and saved me from making a dire mistake because she told me that the quote was actually based on cubic feet (which has been outlawed for local moves by the D.O.T she told me) and that it did not include a gas fee, or several other fees. And then at that point I decided to move with Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company because to be honest, I liked Anna and she was up front and honest about everything. The actual move went great and everything was picked-up on time, delivered on time and I was not charged anything but my original quote. I used these guys to move me from Bel Air MD to Arlington VA to find out that my home in Arlington would not be ready on the dates I contracted delivery. I was gonna ask the seller could we just unload the furniture into the garage but Charles suggested that I let them store it and deliver it on my closing day. The price for storage was way cheaper than unloading it into my garage and paying some other company to move it into the house, To make a long story short I called these guys at the last minute but they made arrangements and got my stuff delivered with not one thing damaged. As a veteran of moving services I have been through almost every imaginable situation. I would like to comment Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company? for their great handling of a move. I was referred to them, They were on time, charged only for services due to them, like packing supplies which I accepted gladly because their prices were more then fair by all means. I also gladly tipped the crew 20% from the total price of the move because they were so great I could hardly explain how happy I was to have them handle my life's possession. When the splendid movers finished and left (not without my blessings) I had discovered that one of my items was left underneath the drivers seat--(just because they wanted to accommodate me and keep a bag with important document in the front seat), I had called their office and they responded immediately and dispatched the driver with my bag with in several hours the next day. I have also heard from people who moved with them that they will do almost anything to make your (the client's) life pleasant and easy. I recommend this moving company with all my heart.
