I left Go daddy because they had customer service people taking technical issues. They couldn't answer them properly. I went to rackspace because I was told they are the Rolls Royce of Hosting. They sold me the wrong hosting solution for a Magento Platform. Our tech recommended Nexcess as he worked with you guys in the past and said you were great to work with. No major issues have arisen and you have responded to my tickets in a timely manner. Keep up the good work! Thanks for the Blue water bottle container I use it at the gym. more

Installed Magento through Nexcess. Getting an SSL certificate integrated has never been easier. Nexcess has saved me a few times with their automatic backup and restore. Within an hour they restored my site and saved my hide. I am part of a shared server and have not had any speed or bandwidth problems for my little store. They also installed for free and provide service and any problems I have had with my store within the hour. more

I have used Nexcess for my e-commerce store since 2009. I have always had a great experience with them. Their support staff is quick to respond and ready to help - at all hours of the night! Nothing is too much trouble - every customer is a VIP based on my dealings with Nexcess. Although I am in Australia I have never waiting more than an hour for a response and solution from Nexcess. They have assisted me in many ways, some things other than my hosting service, which helped me to define and solve "my" problem. I can never say enough good about these guys - they are on top of their products and have always provided a solution for me. more

From the very first time that I've contacted Nexcess, I have been blown away by their service. No massive phone menu to go through to talk to someone, no contrived answers to your questions in an attempt to sell you something. Everything has been clear, concise, and with a great attitude. The few times that I've had to reach out to Nexcess support have been just as amicable. Our system has been rock-solid from day one, and the few times we've had an issue, it's been related to our software more than the server, but that hasn't stopped Nexcess support from helping out. Nexcess has gone above and beyond what is required by a hosting company, and from that, they have earned the top spot in my go-to list of hosting companies for clients. more
