Been with Nexcess for about a year now, and I've never dealt with a hosting company with better tech support. Pretty amazing how quickly they respond, and they often help out with problems that are beyond their actual responsibility for hosting. And they REALLY seem to know how to make a Magento store run smoothly and fast. Very happy with Nexcess! more

I never write reviews, but I believe I have to share the amazing experience I had with Nexcess.net. I recently switched to Nexcess.net, and have many positive things to say. First of all and most important- excellent customer service- the hold time is very quick, and the support team is extremely knowledgeable, nice, caring, and patient-especially Nicholas Gabler, who took care of many issues/questions I had with expertise, knowledge, and patience. I can't say enough good things about Nexcess.net. They host my Magento site and it's my understanding this type of shopping cart uses a lot of resources. That said, my site has been with nexcess over the last 2 years. It rarely has ever gone down. The rare times it has, they are ON it and even try to make improvements along the way. The customer support is always extremely patient, friendly, and quick. They never give up. They always assume full responsibility for making you a happy customer. They are easy to reach and when you do they help relieve your stress. You know, if you think about it, it's always a stressful problem as to why you'd be picking up the phone to call support in the first place, right? But they just always manage to turn it into a positive experience. Really love them! more

I worked with Ben at Nexcess to help my site recover from a malaware injection. He was so helpful when he could have chosen not to help since the problem did not originate from their servers. They get my site up and running within an hour. A++++ more
