The agreement to have someone pick me up from the airport I get there and no one was waiting, I called I was advised a driver with a name Ali on his way to pick me up and they gave me his number, I called him he said 8 minutes he will be there, I waited 15 minutes and I recieved a call from a different number saying that he is on his way to pick me up Ali is not coming so i have to wait 8 minutes more, I called Dario on the main number advised him with what happened he was surprised to hear there is another driver on the way he told me not to ride with no one except Ali ,No driver showed up I start getting calls from a different number telling me to go outside and look for the driver...that's when I really felt scared and decided to call back Dario and told him to cancel the whole service and not interested I am taking a taxi, while I was riding in the taxi a girl supposedly a manger in that company very unprofessional rude instead of being apologetic and sorry for what happened all she cared about the money telling me any ways we are going to charge your card on file....I don't recommend this company at all. more

i ordered a town car service for jfk and they did not have any more town cars however the dispatcher accomodated me with an escalade suv at the same price great driver, he knew the ins and outs of the expressways and ended up getting me to my flight exceptionally quickly and comfortably..thanks limo service you will be hearing from me soon!! more

Very the car thet showed up was very old car the driver was was not professional and had very bed smell the car was not insur and have no hire vehicle lincense and he tall me thet he new in the state from egypt make me worry abut our country security heaving illegal persona driving the public in new York city more

The car never showed. I called them 10 minutes past the scheduled time, they didn't know where their car was. After checking with the driver, they called back to say they didn't know how long it would take for the car to get to us. Told us to either wait or get a cab. I called back two more times to plead with them, they put me on hold forever. Do use New York Limo Group Trans - if you want to miss your flight. (accident on 2/10/11) more
