Review content:
The car never showed. I called them 10 minutes past the scheduled time, they didn't know where their car was. After checking with the driver, they called back to say they didn't know how long it would take for the car to get to us. Told us to either wait or get a cab. I called back two more times to plead with them, they put me on hold forever. Do use New York Limo Group Trans - if you want to miss your flight. (accident on 2/10/11)
