My hair has been thinning for more than 20 years but after having a hysterectomy in 2009 it started getting worse. After using several other products that claimed to help thinning hair I started searching for help again. I came across the New Look Institute in a web search and decided to check them out. I met originally with Sima who explained the options to me and what the costs would be. Since I was out of options I thought Why not so I got a piece that I clip in. It very much looks like it's my own hair and I have had several compliments on wearing my hair down. My family members have remarked that I have more self confidence than I did before. Although I'm not a big fan of bangs I chose to go with them and I understand the need to have them as it makes the piece look more natural. All in all I'm very satisfied with my results and have enjoyed getting to know the stylists each time I've come in. more
