I have been seeing Dr. Jeffrey P.Nelson Nuerologist and he has been treating me. I had an apt for Monday August the 24th and I called to change my apt. due to my mother was in the hospital she has suffered a mini stroke and artery blockage at her neck and head on right side(I was going to move her to his practice which they could have gotten all kinds of money before they said see ya. Well on the 24th when I called to reschedule they said I could not reschedule due to I owes $40 on my bill and gave me the number to take care of this so my father called and took care of that and I called and they had a cancellation this Friday the 28th of August at 12 noon. I over slept but I have been taking care of my mother and my 2 sick children who are home with strep along with l all I am suffering from since lost my full term still born daughter and pregnancy induced heart failure and my body turning on itself i now have 26 diagnoses take 53 pills a day just to stay alive and on oxygen and try to keep a smile on my face and keep going for my other 2 children.
I am trying to defy the odds but when I get people who want to be idiots and not help a patient when they are saying I had 2 no shows the only no show was today Friday the 28th and I would have had everything under control if they would have worked with me on Monday the 24th but the manager could not unpinch to let me bring in the $40 i OWED SINCE I WOULD BE COMING INTO THE OFFICE ANY WAY. So I am very angry at how they acted and treat their patients. All I got was a pretty much we have your money your life is your problem and good luck from them and I do not appreciate it. So she said you have 2 no shows and when i proved her wrong then she says acting like a child the doctor said he does not want to see you anymore due to this. As far as i know he does not know and i think he should contact me to let me know this.
So if you do not want to lose your money not get treated as a human and so on then this is where you need to go!
