. . . This is not the first time I've tried to use this clinic, because it is close to home. I've tried to call, in advance, to see how much money I was going to need for an office visit, or at least a ball park guesstimate, of what I might be looking at to walk in the door for certain injuries to my pets or to see if they have even have an avian vet on duty. Problem is, I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone! This is ridiculous that you can't get a person on the phone to ask general questions. Even if they answer and say, "I don't know", is better than letting the phone ring forever!!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE / RELATIONS in my opinion! Consequently, I've taken my pets other places that were probably cheaper. But, at least, they had the decency to at least answer the phone. I'm the stupid one for thinking Neel's would answer the phone, when I've experienced the same problem in the past... while I sat here watching my parrot nearly bleed to death!!! I'm glad I went somewhere else
