Being raised in Italy, I was thrilled find a restaurant that is authentic Italian. he most beautiful restaurant in the city, the food is true Italian . All bread and pizza dough made in house daily. The handcut pasta taught to the staff by the owners mother ,could seriously be the best pasta I ever tasted. Minestra, a stew consisting of escarole, white beans, pulled proscuitto, ribs and pepperoni over fried polenta embodies every thing that Italan cooking is. An endless choice of great antipasti left us already discussing our return.
The wine list had even more to offer. the list includes 150 Italian wines ,(20 by the quartino) .The owners ,two sisters who love to talk with their guest, were more than willing to help us choose something to go with our food.
