When I talked to the guy from NDI on the phone he seemed to know what he was talking about...but when he got to the job site that was not the case. He told me I had to pay travel ...

Good work with fair pricing! 4/13/2015

I've had NDI Plumbing come out twice, and he always shows up on time, the job is done professionally, the billing was fair, and he didn't leave a mess. The first time he came out for a clog, and then again for a leaky toilet. It all turned out good, we had no problems or call backs. I know Neil personally from mining and his help with the Holy Cross Lutheran Church. I always come back to Neil because he's a fair guy to deal with and he does good work. more

Good Experience. 3/4/2015

This was the first time I worked with NDI Plumbing. It was a brief experience, but it was a good one. Hot water was coming out of our cold water faucet, so they fixed the issue for me. It was pretty easy to set the appointment, and get them to come out. I would recommend their service. more

It was my best plumber experience ever! 2/23/2015

NDI Plumbing is wonderful! The guy that came to fix my leaky faucet was great. He knew exactly what to do and replaced the faucet with a brand new one. It currently works a lot better than the old one. The last one was installed upside down. This one was installed sideways and the plumber set it up in a way that makes it easier for me to access. more

Good Experience. 2/9/2015

I had a good experience with NDI Plumbing. Crystal Vantine was very friendly, very efficient, and set the appointment at a time that worked for me. The plumber came out in a timely manner and resolved the issue I was having. The service was performed outside, so I never had to directly interact with the plumber. Since I never saw him, I wasn't able to apply a coupon I had for the service. Crystal cleared that matter, and adjusted the final price, so everything turned out fine. I would recommend their service. more

I liked their fast responsiveness! 1/27/2015

I really liked NDI Plumbing's responsiveness; they sent their guy right over when I called them for service. I had a clogged sink which is not a big deal but I liked that they came right away. The plumber was here for about 20 minutes, and I paid $59 with a coupon. The price was good because usually for service calls they charge a lot more. more

NDI Plumbing installed a drip line and gastric line on my water heater on my old house. That was very good service, and so I had them do some work on my new house. It was good! more

NDI Plumbing came to work on a sprinkling system debacle for us. I recently purchased a new home, and the previous owners had destroyed the sprinkling system. Quinne came by to give the quote and look at the system. He was personable and knowledgeable. They have to drain the system to solve the problem, so that will have to wait until the Spring. I will call them again. more

I have another plumber next door to me and I would not consider anybody else but NDI plumbing! 12/18/2014

NDI Plumbing came to my house to replace a water pipe that runs with the main water line, which also goes through the whole house, and the faucet to turn it on and off had been broken. The plumber that came to fix the problem was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work and was efficient. He was completely awesome explaining what he had to do and why he used the products he did. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family. more

Very satisfactory. 12/9/2014

This was my first time using NDI Plumbing. I had a stopped up sink and he kept pursuing it. Just when he was about to give up, he said he had one more trick, and bam, it worked. On his way out, I mentioned a problem in the sink in the bathroom. In a quick five minutes, he fixed it as well. The charge wasn't that great and they did a good job. more

Great and personal service 12/8/2014

NDI Plumbing shut down my sprinkler system for the winter season. The man who came was extremely friendly, and he answered all my questions. He was very, very helpful, and he offered helpful suggestions. I liked his attitude and service. He made me feel at ease and confident. more

I appreciate the fact that righted their wrong 9/4/2014

I had NDI Plumbing come out and fix my shower valve. The first guy who came put in the wrong part so the shower didn't work very well. They did come back and replace the part after I called them and reported the problem. more

I have used NDI Plumbing in the past. They're pretty efficient. I called them up, and they came and fixed the issue with my boiler. The whole service took about 2 days. They were super friendly and did great work. I would recommend them. more

Impressive service and employee professionalism 8/12/2014

Our business has been using NDI Plumbing for about four years now. I really like dealing with Crystal. She is always nice and very polite. Every worker there is for that matter. They are also very prompt. Another thing I really like about NDI Plumbing is that, if you have any problems after they've left, they will come right back to fix it, on the same business day. They also have really great prices. Overall, I have been impressed with their service and the professionalism of their employees more
