When I talked to the guy from NDI on the phone he seemed to know what he was talking about...but when he got to the job site that was not the case. He told me I had to pay travel ...

We had a problem with the pressure in our house and didn't know what it was. We called NDI Plumbing and they came over and diagnosed the problem. There was an issue with the pressure regulator, which they repaired, and everything works now. more

Professional and reasonably priced 2/28/2014

NDI Plumbing fixed my toilet and one of my sinks. It turned out good. They were prompt and it didn't cost a fortune. more

Timely and efficient plumbing done well 7/16/2013

This was the first time I've used NDI Plumbing personally, but I had heard of their work on jobs. They fixed a bathtub in my bathroom, and were timely and efficient with the whole thing. The value they gave me for the service was also good. more

Not real happy with the plumber 7/9/2013

When I talked to the guy from NDI on the phone he seemed to know what he was talking about...but when he got to the job site that was not the case. He told me I had to pay travel time which was not told to me until the bill was presented to me with not only hours of labor but also his driving time. There was an issue with the parts I had him put on-they were anti-knock cylinders and the adapter on my faucet was removed to stop the banging. When he went to fix my toilet, he did not see that the inlet for the water to come in was clogged, and there was a piece of debris causing the problem. He sold me a part I did not need that I had to pay for and he wasn't observant about the work. He did not properly inform me of the work and I wasn't real happy with at all. more

Courteous and fast. 6/28/2013

The person I initially contacted was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. The gentleman who came to the house explained what was going on and made the experience easy. I was confident that I was getting the work done right. He gave me options to save me money. When an earlier spot came up they called me and let me know they could come sooner which was much appreciated. more

NDI Plumbing replaced some shower handles for me. They did great work, it was a simple job and they did not try to complicate it. more

The plumber dug up the leak, repaired it, and was on his way. 1/17/2013

I called NDI Plumbing at 4am to get help with a plumbing problem. They were courteous, helpful, and gave me the name of someone who could come out and pump water out of my basement. After someone pumped the water out, they had a plumber come out, within hours, and repair the leak. I don't think I could have had a more honest, trustworthy group of people than the people who helped me. more

Neil, Dustin and business office staff are a bunch of great people to work with. Homeowners and commercial businesses are always concerned that you may be taken advantage of. The honesty and integrity of NDI is of the highest order. I always try to hire local business to do work on my home. I can only highly recommend NDI for any H-Vac or plumbing services that may be needed. more

Very happy with NDI Plumbing 12/4/2012

I am a property manager and any time our customers need their service, I simply email NDI. NDI will call the customers and get right on the job. I also recently used NDI myself. I had a gas line problem and they were able to send someone out on a Sunday. The gentleman spent three hours fixing the problem and was very helpful. I like that they don't charge an arm and a leg for their service and that they have great office support staff. They are reasonably priced and the girls who work in the office are very nice and great at scheduling service calls. Larson Properties more

They're pretty good. I recommend NDI Plumbing all the time. If there's a problem, I can call them up, and they come right out. They work with you to see what's wrong. They are nice, courteous, and they make sure the work is done right. more
