I had my hair done in this salon twice. The first time, my hairstylist was Kim and it was great. However, the second time was a TOTALLY DISASTER. I scheduled my appointment with Kim over a month in advance. To my surprise, when I showed up for my second appointment, the front desk informed me that another hairstylist would do my hair. I asked for Kim several times but they didn't listen me at all. So my only option was to do my hair with this new hairstylist. Another problem. The hairstylist came with a shorter hair extension that was originally requested a month ago. She explained that she didn't have enough time to do a longer hair style. Again, they didn't listen to my concerns. I was without an option, I had to do it the way they wanted (If I say no, they would charge me full price). So I did it. Next day, the first thread of my hair extension fell off. And, from that day on, more and more threads were falling off (I was taking care of my hair as directed. I didn't have any problems in my first visit). So I called one month in advance to cancel my next appointment. The receptionist said I had to pay a hefty fee to cancel my appointment. I didn't agree because I was not satisfied at the first place. She said she was going to write a note to remind to charge this hefty fee in my next appointment. I told her there wouldn't be a next time. SUMMARY: Don't go there, they just want your money.
