I'll miss Uncle Darrell & Aunty Liz 7/28/2010

Since my daughter was born Dr. Natori has kept a close eye on my daughter as she was a 28 weeker. AND for the past almost 8 years, my daughter has always loved going to see Uncle Darrell with her drawings & paintings and would only let Aunty Liz give her shots and cover any booboos. Unfortunately, I recently had to change to a different medical carrier! =(. They'll definitely be missed! more

All three of my children have been with Dr. Natori since birth and I have no complaints. Dr. Natori and his staff are Professional, Caring and the BEST!! more

Wonderful Caring Doctor 5/17/2010

I've done my homework and interviews when searching for a ped. for my now 2 sons. And not a single day goes by that I regret choosing Dr. Natori. I sometimes wish that he was an internist since I am now looking for a new doctor for myself. As for Liz's make-up ... I guess I didn't even notice because she is too busy helping run a VERY efficient practice or maybe because her caring personality, always asking how I am doing as a mom, overshadows any flaws that she may have that doesn't even have to do with her job. It's amazing how people can use the internet to make personal attacks and judge other people. I guess it's easy when it's anonymous and they're not able to be judged back. more

Yes I agree Liz is nice but someone should speak to her since her make up is too heavy not very professional in a doctors office. more

Yes auntie Liz my kids calls her has so much make on my daughter keeps so still cause they are in shock. erhap that is good when they need their injections more

unprofessional staffing 4/30/2010

I am very unhappy with the current staffing of this business. On many of occasions I have called Liz regarding a referral that Dr Natori recommends. Example my 2 year old son had an serious ear infection, Liz was to send a referral to that attending doctor. She failed to notify that doctor and I was not able to make an appointment with him. Dr Natori may be a good doctor Liz is very not reliable. more

Good: Interesting how anyone can go on this Blog and write anything they want. As in any Blog a concern of defamation of character becomes a very major concern. Very interesting how all these blogs highlight those in favor. It's even sadder when this practice has over 800 clients and one person will write these these blogs to justify actions.. more

Great doc for kids! 4/27/2010

Dr. Natori is a great doctor, really seems to care about he kids. Always listens to questions without rushing. Keeps schedule on time. Important to note that he now has a new receptionist, who seems friendly and helpful. My 2 kids enjoying seeing him and we've been with him since they were newborns. He is busy and it can sometimes be hard to schedule a regular appointment, but he does take sick visits quickly. All in all, we and the kids feel comfortable with him. more

Liz is not there anymore 10/21/2009

Dr. Natori is great! I really liked Liz! But the receptionist(s) are horrible. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter's sports physical for school and was given an appointment date months down the line. When it got closer to the date I called to confirm and they did not have her scheduled anywhere and there next available time wasn't until aother few months! What a big disappointment. I had to take her to the Medical Corner! more

Terrific Doctor, Great Nurse, Terrible Receptionist 10/21/2009

Good: I like Dr. Natori very much. Have been taking my children there since birth and now they are in their teens. He is always upbeat and informative. Liz the nurse is great! Always very friendly.. Bad: I do not like the receptionist! She is very BLAH! I dread calling to schedule an appointment or ask a question because it seems like she doesn't want to be bothered. She doesn't acknowledge you even if you're standing at the window right infront of her. Then she'll look up without saying a word with a "what do you want look on her face"...SO RUDE! It's shame that she brings the office down.. Improvements: Teaching the receptionist some Personal Relations and Customer Service perhaps.. Other: Would have rated 5 stars but the receptionist prevented me from doing it =(. more

Great Doctor! Ditto about the receptionist 7/29/2009

Dr. Natori has been our pediatrician ever since our son was born 4 years ago. He's been excellent and is very easy to get along with. He is great with kids and is typically right on schedule which is pretty good considering how busy he is. He is very knowledgeable in offering advice and prescribing medicine. One thing that I particularly like is that if there is anything questionable, he is quick to suggest a specialist before the problem gets worse. All the other reviews about the receptionist are true! My rating would be 5 stars if not for her. She is very grouchy and he should find another receptionist. more

Great Doctor, great time management! 8/18/2005

I don't know if all pediatricians offices are like this, but not from what I can remember. We are in and out of his office in less than an hour for all visits. To start off, his waiting room is almost nearly empty, or maybe 2 other families waiting to go in. The longest we've probably waited to see him is about 10 minutes. It could be because his policy is anyone later than 15 minutes *must* re-schedule so as not to create a backlog for people who are on time! He doesn't rush or hurry you out, he spends the time he needs to with the kids and he's done! If you need a pediatrician in Hawaii, look no further. more
