I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It's a pretty dirty/gross environment overall, and they really do rush through the process here. The first time I got a mani/pedi, it was just too fast but the results were decent. Second time, I was done in under 30 min for both, and she made THREE of my cuticles ble ed, poured something over them to stop the ble eding that just made it BURN for the rest of the day and the skin around my cuticles has been peeling down ever since. A few of them even look infected and one has a little gash-looking thing now. She was also talking on her bluetooth headset to someone in Vietnamese the whole time. I always hear about places like this not sanitizing their tools between customers and even as I was drying my nails, I watched as the same lady moved on to the next girl using the same tools she had on me, without cleaning them at all. This was pretty much the worst experience I've ever had at a nail place. The girl that did my nails was pretty much on her cell phone the entire time. When I walked in she was slouched in a chair behind one of the manicure tables and another lady had to tell her to help me. Oh ya- she was on the phone. And when she was told to help me, she didn't hang up. I sat in the pedicure chair while she prepped everything- while on the phone. Finally, she hung up and still didn't say ONE WORD to me. Her phone rang about 5 mins later and she answered it. This happened roughly 5 more times in the course of the pedicure. she was on the phone while she was applying the color to my nails- made me nervous. I couldn't believe it- none of the other employees even batted an eye at that. To top it off, I don't believe she used clean utensils, and she proceeded to put some filthy, used sport sandals on me to move from the peddy chair to the fan. I asked if I could just put on my own and she was even more firm in putting them on me and jerking my feet around. This place is a definite ""0"". Do not waste your money. more
