This is by far my favorite place in the triangle for pedicures and eyebrow shaping. My eyebrows look fantastic each time and my pedicures seem to last forever.

I've been going to Nail Image for almost 6 years. It is a very good, basic salon that does what I consider premium sanitary work. It is NOT a day spa. But if you want a quality pedi/mani, go. I also do waxing and they do an excellent eyebrow wax. more

DON'T USE THIS SALON 7/12/2011

I had used them for years, was very loyal and tipped well! I showed up for a scheduled appointment and was turned away like I was a walk in and they had never seen me before! They admitted to a scheduling error but weren't willing to accommodate me at all! Service had been declining since they changed hands so that is it for me too many nail salons in Raleigh to be bothered!!!! more

Fantastic! 6/8/2009

One of the best places I've found in Raleigh to get a pedicure! They have recently remodeled the interior - new chairs - new paint - and even a new menu of services at each station. The foot massage is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Other places I've been might give you a poor little 30 second excuse for a massage - but here, they really massage your feet and legs for a solid 5 minutes per leg if not longer! The staff is great and will offer you soda, water, or even wine when you sit down. I've been about 6 times and have always come away completely satisfied! more

They've just redone the inside of their shop and it's great, and a great deal. Walk-in's with little wait and wine served while you're getting your services. more

NEVER AGAIN!!! 8/7/2008

I thought with all these great ratings I could'nt strike out on this one. WRONG! My daughter went in for a gel fill and left very unhappy!! (the original set was put on in Va.) When she left the salon her nails were filed all uneven and had such sharp points on the edge they could have been used as a weapon. The actual gel fill was also extremely poor. I do'nt know where all these wonderful reviews came from but my daughter and I were very disappointed, especially since she will be posing for her Senior Pictures this week. Great customer service 6/26/2008

I have been getting my nails done at Nail Image since it opened. I highly recommend it to all of my friends. It is very clean and they sterilize in between customers. The employees are so sweet. more

Best salon in town! 6/6/2008

Great salon! Clean, efficient and Mai does the best gel nails in town. My nails last longer than 3 weeks. The best part is that they will put a tip on your credit card! Great place. I recommend it to all my friends. Pros: Clean, quiet and professional Cons: English not the primary language! more

Prom Disaster 5/2/2008

My daughter and I went to get toes, nails and eyebrows done. I went because of such great reviews. However, I am very disappointed. The man named JADEN did my toes and my daughter's nails was awful. Either he is in training or he just doesn't know what he is doing. My daughter was waiting for me and when I picked her up and looked at her nails her fingers had visible glue all around the nails. I told Jaden who attempted to wipe the glue off. However the nails still looked mess. I informed the manager and he acted as if this was the type of finished product I should expect to get. He then sent us back to Jaden to fix it. No offer of free redo to come back another time. I just left and will never go back. DO NOT LET JADEN TOUCH YOUR TOES OR FINGERS. more

I won't go anywhere else for a pedicure! 9/4/2007

I absolutely love Nail Image Salon. I've been going for about a year and I receive a gorgeous pedicure every time. I usually don't have an appointment, but I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes if I just walk in on a busy afternoon. The salon is very clean, prices are reasonable and the staff are all friendly and nice. I truly won't go anywhere else. Pros: Easy parking, friendly service, reasonable prices Cons: None I can think of more

Wonderful Service 11/18/2006

A very nicely decorated and calming place to go for the ultimate in pampering yourself. Everything is very clean and I feel no qualms about recommending this salon to anyone. Instruments are sterilized and opened fresh for each customer. You are given very personal treatment, and not rushed through. Also, the prices are quite reasonable, in my opinion. Wonderful 10/21/2005

I got my first manicure here 3 years ago and I've never gone anywhere else since. The staff is always pleasant and they do great work. I've never had a problem with quality or fitting in an appointment. The waxing services are great also (I'd recommend Kayla). Once you get your nails done here, you'll never go anywhere else. Great experience!!!!! 8/4/2005

Went to My Nails on Creedmoor for a full set of gels. Within 3 days 2 broke and in less than 2 weeks went to Nail Image which had to replace 5 nails. The service is great and NOW I am thrilled with myu gels, (I wore silks for the longest time). The salon is beautiful and very clean...used new sanitized implements on each client, not just tools sitting in jars of alcohol. Great spa treatment at great prices. I will be a long term customer for sure!!!! Pros: Price, Clean, Professional Service more

I never go anywhere else, so I don't have anything to compare it to but if it's not broke don't fix it I always say. Plus, it's convenient to home and other business I like in that shopping center. i've just got my Nails done there at Nail Image. They look very beautiful. i'm very happy with the Gel Nails that they taught me. i think this is the best nails i've ever had.
