Pleased with my touch-up and color 12/21/2010

On the negative side, very noisy. Music in the background too loud and had to almost talk over it. Very pleased with my hairdresser, the formula used, the shampoo and massage given. more

Everytime I come in for an appointment, I know I'm in good hands. My cut & style always looks great, and the people that work at the salon are always professional, and awesome. I really like the aveda products, and the atmosphere as well. more

Great 1st visit to Nuovo! Everyone from the receptionist to the stylist were welcoming & professional. I was there on an extremely busy pre- Christmas week afternoon and all was running smoothly. Left w/a great haircut by Sandy & plan to return in 8 wks! more
