NAAN Sushi has the freshest sushi in DFW. This place is amazing! Everytime I dine here, I have a better experience. NAAN Sushi is best sushi restaurant and my favorite place. We sipped on Ginger, vodka infused martinis and ordered the Chef Choice and premium sushi roll (SMU,LSU) tasting menu. a little bit pricy but worthy of it They are incredible FRESH sushi and very tasty, server told us ordered tuna Hawaii next day Fedex delivery! WOW, my dream come true for great sushi with great friends. Good time here always. Love this place! Can't wait to go back! more

The sushi/sashimi here NAAN Sushi is impeccable i mean super fresh and tasty. food is excellent. I can't wait to go back.it's like my eyes were opened sushi. This restaurant has never really blown me away but was unfortunately one of the only places open after 12am ...which was the primary reason for my visit last night. Not only were we ignored for a good 40 minutes (as other tables were serviced right next to us) my friend and I were treated as if we were bothering the waitress by finally asking her to take our order. The night progressivly got worse when the waitress, after ignoring us the entire evening, decided to finally grace us with her presence only after over hearing that we had asked to speak to a manager. She approached the table visibily irritated and asked us why we needed to speak to the manager. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and was so ridiculous that we actually started to find humor in the audacity of this particular waitress. Naan used to be considered an upscale establishment but has clearly gone downhill and their standards in customer care significantly diminished. It's one thing to be busy and overwhelmed, but to add blatant rudeness to the mix is truly unbelievable. And of course the manger never approached the table to address our concerns. Owners should consider doing some quality assurance with their existing staff and management before any more customers are mistreated. As an editor of a popular magazine, I've hosted many business lunches and dinners over the years, however, I will not be returning or recommending this business to others as I've kindly done in the past. more

wow. what a sushi dining experience! tasted flavors and textures that i did not know about until NAAN Sushi . variations of yellowtail, salmon, uni and eel that I will likely not find in many other sushi spots. oh and the fantastic toro. the sushi rice was well seasoned and slightly warm. soo deliciously perfect. don't forget to order a roll. SMU ROLL was crisp and tasty. had a toro hand roll and it was... wow! we sat at the sushi bar. go with what the sushi chef recommends and you will not go wrong. yes it's pricey this way, but imo worth it for an introduction to the world of really stellar sushi. now I know! sometimes here service problems because too many customers weekend, better to go weekday. more

as always, the food was great and the ambience was great. the waitress helped us put together a bunch of stuff for sharing. we had a great time! more

NAAN sushi, Finally got to try this place last night and it was great! The fish was top quality and so many varieties. I tried about 7 kinds :-) ... the sushi piece was bigger than other places and the rice was right size . One of my friends did not read the listed sushi etiquette and asked for more wasabi on the side and the sushi chef kinda frowned a little and said the they don't serve wasabi, it was put on the sushi by the chef as needed only. Uni and house special soy sauce (deliciously thick and sweet) was wonderful. The service was very smooth and professional. Service - excellent. Parking - convenient. Sake - smooth. Food - one of the best omakase-style sushi, ever. So good, so fresh and so flavored that soy sauce is not recommended. Arigatto Love to be back real soon! more

Recommend for Sashimi and Volcano. Simply, NAAN SUSHI... the best sushi I have had outside of Tokyo... They got best sushi restaurant award recently 2010. Japanese people have told me about NAAN Sushi . so I had reasonably high expectations going in. They did not fail me. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! NAAN Sushi is always packed so reservation is recommended on weekend dinner. It's not that expensive. I love sashimi and rolls here, the cut is big and the fish is fresh and tender. Great place for traditional and authentic Japanese cuisine in Texas. I recommend the sashimi platter ,Volcano, the UNI is amazing, spicy tuna roll, unagi and salmon. more

This restaurant has great potential, but the management and owner have taken everything downhill. Nothing is consistent. Beer towers have just been added, as well as cheeseburgers and po boy sandwhiches. Throw in a little bit of Thursday night karaoke and this place screams ""trashy"". The owner is pushy and rude, and the restaurant smells like a dirty toilet. Service is never consistent, nor is the food. Everytime I go I see a whole new set of faces and my food is served differently. I'm not sure who types up the menu or puts up notices, but there are grammatical and spelling mistakes left and right. If you can afford a restaurant at the Shops at Legacy, consider spellcheck. The sushi has always been good and fresh, though for me all of the other problems keep this restaurant from being worth my time. Aside from all of those issues, I have also heard that it is a horrible place to work. I have a friend that used to work there, and showed me a picture of a bulletin the owner posted that said ""If you forget to clock out, we will change your hours to 0"".... ILLEGAL much? NAAN, I don't know if you want to be a strip club or a fine dining restaurant... please make up your mind, and I will consider returning. more

The Quanity and Quality of this establishment has gone downhill. Instead of going up on their prices they have decided to give you smaller amount of food. My friend order a seaweed salad last night, and we couldnt find it in the bowl. We ask the waiter and he said they are giving smaller portions now. Well, that was about 3 tablespoons of salad. I would have been embarrassed to serve this to anyone. I will not ever be returning to this place again. Pros: Good Location Cons: Rude Staff more

we love sushi anywhere,however, NAAN is a very very different, Best sushi they have,,,,,,,,, My wife is Japanese, born and raised. She loves here. this place is awesome! I live about 40 minutes away from here but I come here because its great. I started going there on Friday's because they're open till 2:00am for their latenite sushi lounge. Lots of great ppl and great spot to hang out! The fish they use for sushi is always fresh and the rolls are spectacular! . 6 stars rating restaurant for NAAN . more
