Working with Myers Park has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company in any industry (yes, even the airlines). I refinanced only 105k and the process took almost 4 months. My credit score is over 800 and the LTV was never an issue. Just when I thought the document requests were over, another list of requests appeared. To give you an idea what I went through to get this small loan, I had to involve my accountant, 2 different bankers, my office manager at work, 2 appraisers (yes, they had to appraise my home twice), and the president of my homeowners association just to name a few. I had to constantly reach out to Myers for updates on the loan as I was never provided with timely updates. I found errors in the amounts used in the HUD at closing which caused me to overpay. Now I am having to figure out how to get the money back that I should have not been charged. more

Refinanced my home with Myers Park National Lending Center and could not have been more pleased. More questions than last time, but just a sign of the times. If you have nothing to hide, no worries. Closed on time. Rates were low as were the closing costs with a lender credit? Suzie Levora was my loan officer. Her constant attention to my questions and requests made it seem very easy and comfortable. Judy and Angie did a great job as well. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a mortgage. more

Strung me along for almost 3 months, demanded more & more paperwork, required that I pay off my 1.8% car loan....cost me $400. for a appraisal.. With a 780 credit rating...they rejected my refinance & did not even offer the courtesy of a letter explaining why they rejected my refinance. Don't bother with Myers Park Mortgage ...you can do much better... more

I notice they are on Zillow.com now as well and seem to please 97% of clients on there with over 200 reviews.. which I;m sure is hard to do! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for purchase or refinance money. Think they do multiple states now nationwide as well, at least from what my loan guy said this last time. more

Worst Possible Choice 5/2/2012

Trying to work with Myers Park Mortgage was the worst experience I've had with any business, bar none. I started in January and after providing them with complete tax returns, W2s, bank statements, pay stubs, job histories, resumes and additional letters of explanation they required and a formal home appraisal, I still am unable to close a simple refinance on our main home at a 46% loan to equity ratio, and we are highly qualified borrowers. It's now May and I'm starting over with a different company. If you want to hear them whine and moan about how broken the mortgage industry is, just call Myers Park Mortgage. more

We have to recommend Myers Park Mortgage and CJ Stafford to anyone financing or re-financing a home mortgage. My wife and I have been through this process several times over the years and Myers Park Mortgage and CJ Stafford exceeded our expectations and provided the most professional service we've ever experienced. We were seeking to refinance using a VA Loan and CJ Stafford and Myers Park Mortgage were on top of this process from start to finish. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly, often after normal working hours. Information provided was timely and accurate. You won't go wrong with this lender, especially if CJ Stafford is running interference for you!! Highly recommend you contact these folks if you are in the market fo ra mortgage! more

Be carefull with this lender 6/6/2011

I found them on Zillow. On Zillow you can find the mortgage company and their offers. I send them email through Zillow. After 1 hour we discuss every thing and they agree on rates, fees, etc, they came back and said that the fees for the rates I am looking has increased. Initially it was $387 now it is $3517. Almost 9 times. They said that the rates changes every hour so I have to pay the new rate. Any way, I do not have time to keep discussing with them. So I left them and went with other Mortgage company. Never ever trust these people. I will never recommend any one. more
