Trying to work with Myers Park Mortgage was the worst experience I've had with any business, bar none. I started in January and after providing them with complete tax returns, W2s, bank statements, pay stubs, job histories, resumes and additional letters of explanation they required and a formal home appraisal, I still am unable to close a simple refinance on our main home at a 46% loan to equity ratio, and we are highly qualified borrowers. It's now May and I'm starting over with a different company. If you want to hear them whine and moan about how broken the mortgage industry is, just call Myers Park Mortgage.
