Shower repair needed last minute 11/30/2011

I called Mr. Rooter, not knowing what to expect. The reviews looked good, but you never know who writes them. Brian showed up within 25 minutes of my call and was able to diagnose and repair my shower. He was uniformed, courteous and on point. I will definitely use Brian and Mr. Rooter again. more

Of course it was an emergency... within an hour a technician showed up and immediately started to look for a solution and become familiar with the building. When a camera was needed, it was brought to him... he didn't have to leave the jobsite. Amazing! Colin was investigative and educational. I regard him with respect and would highly recommend him. more

Excellent job 11/30/2011

This is the second time I've used Mr. Rooter and they have not disappointed me. My main plumbing line was leaking and they were here within about an hour and promptly fixed the problem. I wish that more people in the service industry were as professional and courteous as was Brian Donohoue. more

Very professional and fast 11/30/2011

Brian Donohue came out late on the Friday after Thanksgiving when I had a broken pipe under my sink with 20 guests in my house. He was extremely professional and quick. I would definately recommend. more

Colin Parker found the problem right away and fixed it and tested it several times before he said he was finished. Very knolwedgable, courteous and congenial. FYI - I suggest you add cities for Martin County and St. Lucie County to your home page with phone number and hot link. more

Followed Through on Warranty Promise 11/25/2011

The original service was satisfactory, but when the problem arose again Rooter followed through on their 30 day warranty promise. Eddy Burcell, the technician that came out the second time, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. more

Great service when needed. 11/15/2011

Tech came to my house on a Friday night replaced broken fittings and leaks caused by roofers dropping stuff from roof onto my outdoor spigot. Brian Donohue the Technician was very proffesional and took care of the problem in a timely manner. would recommend. more

Did a great job in installing two toilets. 11/13/2011

Brian was a professional young man and knew what he was doing. He even cut the counter to accommodate one of the new toilets. I had two toilets and he was in and out in 4 hours. He even went to home depot to get two water supply pipes as the default ones didn't fit. He has restored my faith in young professionals and I would recommend him to other people. more
