broken water heater 4/11/2012

I cannot give enough praise to the two gentlemen who rescued our weekend from disaster when our water heater failed to produce hot water. They responded quickly, installed satisfactory and explained and answered any questions we needed answered. I would never hesitate to call them again. I keep their number very handy. I believe one of them was named Ed. more

Great service 4/4/2012

I had issue with the sewer backing up at the house and Brian Donohue, the Mr. Rooter tech who came to my house was very profesional and give me excellent service... The only one regret I have, I let him leave the house and forgot to give him a token of my appreciation. Sorry Brian!!! more

Friendly and Great Service!! 3/24/2012

I called Mr. Rooter when I could not get a hold of my landlord, they were the only service that would come to my home. When the plumber arrived, Eddie Buccelli, he was friendly and when I explained to him the problem, he knew exactly what the problem was. He showed me what the blockage was and even showed me on the camera what the problems were when I asked him if he would. After he was finished with the job, he cleaned up after himself and as I had requested noted on the receipt what the problems were for my landlord. Eddie did a wonderful job!! I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter again with any plumbing problems that I have. Thank you Eddie for a great job!!! more

Brian was very efficient and personable. He resolved problem within 5 minutes other company I used ber Mr Rooter took close to an hour to fix problem 3/13/2012

Have had this sewer blockage problem 3 times before this and I must say that Brian has been the best is resolving this issue this is also 1st time using Mr Rooter and I will recommend this company to family and friends more

I called Mr. Rooter and within 30 minutes Brian Donohue was at my house. He was very professional and fixed my bathroom sink within minutes. I will use Mr. Rooter again and would certainly recommend them to anyone. more

Good 2/3/2012

They are prompt in there response to act. The ladies in the office are curtious. My first experience with them was not good. It wasn't about the company, it was the technician. But they were quick to try to satisfy me. I had them out again it was all good. Dan Groh was my tecnician. He was Fabulous. If I need them again I would prefer to have Dan again. more

Professional, Reliable and well-priced 1/18/2012

I recently purchased a new home and planned to change the counters and sink in the kitchen. I had another company come out that charged $89 for the "service visit". The quote for the service to connect the new faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher was $569 in addition to the service fee. I thought it seemed excessive given the scope of the work to be done so I decided to have Mr. Rooter Plumber come out and give me an estimate since it was free. Their level of service was better than the other company, their quote was less and I didn't feel pressured by the sales person, Brian. He explained what needed to be done and gave a quote which happened to be $350 dollars less and no service fee. I will definately use them again. more

Amazing Service at a Great Price 1/17/2012

I had two broken shut-off valves: one on the cold water intake of the hot water heater and one on the master shut-off. I thought I was going to have a water problem so I called the other guys first. They said they couldn't come out until the morning, so I called Mr. Rooter and they said they could have someone out that night (this was around midnight). I got the water stopped so I had them come out in the morning instead. They other guys were scheduled to come too. Mr. Rooter got there first, gave me a great price, and almost had the work done before the other guys even decided to show. My technician was Colin, and he was very professional and polite. Couldn't have asked for better service. more
