Of course it was an emergency... within an hour a technician showed up and immediately started to look for a solution and become familiar with the building. When a camera was needed, it was brought to him... he didn't have to leave the jobsite. Amazing! Colin was investigative and educational. I regard him with respect and would highly recommend him.
