Doing Great 5/7/2012

We've had Moxie since July of last year. Ever since we started, there's been way, way less bugs. Their guarantee is awesome and their techs are just as good. Tom was the tech today, no different from the rest (maybe he smiled bigger) in that he was polite and professional, doing everything I wanted, and then some. I really do sleep easier knowing my bug guy cares about doing a good job! more

Tom provided exceptional service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on those areas. (wasps nests) I am looking forward to have a bug free summer thanks to Tom and Moxie!!!! more

No Bugs - Nice Guy 5/4/2012

Great customer focused organization. Chris did a great job of telling us about Moxies services. Celeste was friendly and helpful making sure we received a time frame that worked best for our schedule and when I had to reschedule due to a last minute plan she was happy to accommodate. We LOVE Tom our ""bug guy"". He does a wonderful job of explaining the products he is using. After our first appointment with Moxie Tom provided his cell phone number in case we spotted any bugs we could send him a picture. After a huge rain storm a spider made its way into the house and I took a picture of it on my phone and sent it to Tom. He told me what he thought it was and it was comforting to know that when he was coming back for a respray he knew what we wanted to get rid of. I highly recommend Moxie!!! more

Great service 5/3/2012

Everyone from this company that has come to my house has been extremely friendly and professional. I was having some spider troubles in my basement, but Aaron came out and took care of it. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and was very curtious. I love the service they provide and would recommend them to anyone. more

Simply Amazing 5/1/2012

Everything from the guy who set up the appointment to the technician that came out (Tom) was simply amazing. They made sure they knew everything I was seeing, that they did everything I wanted them to and walked me through the whole process, explaining everything. I have a vested interest in knowing exactly what's getting put around my house chemical wise, and I was more than pleased when every question was answered quickly andd honestly. They changed what they were going to do to suit my requests, and took notes to make sure they do it that way in the future too. When it was all done (more than what was originally promised), Tom asked if there was anything else he could do. Very impressive. The office staff that I talked to was also very pleasant to talk to. 6 stars out of 5, so far. Excellent first impression. more

Fabulous Service and awesome success!! 4/30/2012

Every time one of these young men come by to do our service they are kind, thorough, take their time, know their stuff and are so respectful to me and my property. I am impressed with the product and the company. Today Tom made sure that my garden was sprayed as well. He replaced the mouse bate & offered to come back any time. I am so grateful for the warranty. I also want to express how much I love the sweet sweet voice that has called from the office. I wish I could remember her name to tell her thank you. This is a Great Company. So impressed. more

Moxie Pest Control ...Super Service 4/22/2012

We have never done a pest control company before, we were not sure what to expect nor did we want to open our home to strangers. We also did not want to pay the high prices that others were charging. We were very impressed with the techs AARON and ALVIN. They explained everything to us clearly and were super friendly which put me at ease in having them in our home. We are very pleased with their service and professionalism. Thank you for bringing personal service back!! more

Great Attention to Detail 3/26/2012

The line of distinction, in my eyes, between good and great has always been attention to detail. We've had other companies come out to treat our house before, but when Tom Miche (our technician) checked whether or not anybody in the house has asthma (our son does), I was reminded once again that we made the right choice. Great attention to detail! more
