Mount Hermon Baptist Church

I grew up in this church and all of my family on both sides attended this church under Dr. Rev R.L Fuller , Rev. Oliver Bouie and its current pastor. Mt Hermon has always been a solid rock and a family church. You can count on this church for its leadership and support. It is hard now days to find a church home that is not out for your money and all of the stardom but one that is willing to preach the word of GOD. I am glad to have been a member of this church. I no longer live in the Ohio area but found a church as close to it as I could it can never be matched. If you are looking for a good down home church that believes in education, loyalty, obedience to parents and fairness then this is the place for you. The music is not the only thing just a portion thereof. I am sorry Tennille has not found her place but she will remain in my prayers that she will find a suitable church home.\r \r K. I moved from Cleveland, Oh to Chicago, IL 3 years ago and I am still a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church. I have a church here in Chicago, which is similiar to Mt. Hermon but, if I had a choice I would take Mt. Hermon. The minister preaches and teaches God's word and the music is great. more

I grew up attending Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and most of my family still attends this church. I have never really liked the church and when I recently went back to visit, much has not changed. The church caters more to older people. There are not that many activities for children or young adults. Also, the music is not very good. more
