I had a very good experience at Moss Riverside. The salesman that helped me locate and buy my car was Chris Dominguez. He was very attentive through out the whole transaction. If I need to buy another vehicle, I will return to Moss. If I hear of anyone needing a vehicle, again, I will recommend them for sure. more

It isn't just the fabulous car, it's the fabulous customer service I received. The employees are the absolute best. I purchased the car with Nick Hassan, and dealt also with his assistant Melissa. They are the nicest people. When they needed to check on something, they called right back, and I knew they wanted to make sure I was happy. Otis, and another man (I'm sorry, I didn't get his name) drove my new car, all the way from Riverside to my house, in San Gabriel. That is a long drive. They even filled up the gas tank, and they were so patient, with my questions - like how do I turn on the car? There's good customer service, and then there's customer service that goes way beyond what's required, and they went way beyond. What a wonderful buying experience! more

Usually, the whole car buying experience for me is nothing but pure stress and a headache. At Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Riverside the staff tried to make my stress and headaches go away as quickly as possible. I admit dealing with me is dealing with a great pain, if you know what I mean. If they didn’t know answers to my many questions, they quickly found out. They informed me about their advertised specials, dealer incentives and worked incredibly hard to get me the best price, deal, financing and satisfy all my needs on my new car. Together as a team they pushed through the challenges and took initiative to fulfill my happiness. I felt like my car buying experience was more about satisfying (me) the customer and my pure happiness, then just selling a car. They stand behind everything they promise. Did I mention they offer discounts on services and lifetime oil changes. I highly would recommend Moss Bros Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Riverside to everyone I know and to others as well. My experience at Moss Bros. of Riverside was great. Nick Hassan was very patient with me and didn't give up on finding a bank that was willing to give me a chance.
