Usually, the whole car buying experience for me is nothing but pure stress and a headache. At Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Riverside the staff tried to make my stress and headaches go away as quickly as possible. I admit dealing with me is dealing with a great pain, if you know what I mean. I'm extremely picky, undecisive and hard to please. However, the staff at Moss Bros treated me with dignity, care, respect, loyalty, compassion and pure love and support. I love these guys and they love their customers. They make their customers feel important and their customer’s happiness is their number one priority. My stressful tears quickly became joyful smiles. They listened to my concerns and solved all my worries with answers. They went way and beyond out of their way to help me, for many different reasons throughout my car buying experience. If they didn’t know answers to my many questions, they quickly found out. They informed me about their advertised specials, dealer incentives and worked incredibly hard to get me the best price, deal, financing and satisfy all my needs on my new car. Together as a team they pushed through the challenges and took initiative to fulfill my happiness. I felt like my car buying experience was more about satisfying (me) the customer and my pure happiness, then just selling a car. They stand behind everything they promise.
