Our experience with Morris Jenkins was fine until this past summer, when our furnace/ac unit stopped blowing air downstairs. MJ's technician said we had an oil leak. After doing a ""patch job"", we were advised to replace the blower. When our heat stopped blowing downstairs, we shut the furnace off per MJ's advice, but we called B&E Air. It was after 5pm, and we were scheduled the very next day. B&E's technician saw no leak whatsover and had normal readings for outflow amps. Hmmmm. He taped up a duct falling loose for no additional charge. He stated if the issue happens again, we wont' be charged another service-call fee for the same issue, and to leave it running so they can assess what's happening. I don't trust Morris Jenkins based on our experience with their technician and their latest BBB report. After everything I've read posted about them online, I believe they compensate technicians for services and parts orders, which means best ethical practice may not be their standard.
