Both Mike and Rick arrived at 8:45am and immediately began preparing the foyer and stairs with protective covering. They were very courteous and professional and did a great job with the installation. They were both very hard working men and upon completion they gave both my husband and I a walk through of the work they did and how the system worked and needed to be cared for. I would definitely have them do work for me in the future. more

On a Sunday night our sink and toilet clogged up. Worst time for that to happen. But Don arrived that night and worked til after 11pm and got the pipes open. A couple days later Danny ran the camera/snake and we saw the tree roots clogging the line outside. Big trees surround our 170 year old house. Devin and Matt spent the next day digging up the pipe and finding the 3 lines that ran into the main one. They straightened out the old line and avoided the large trees, replaced the terra cotta pipes and by dusk were completely finished and it had passed inspection. They cleaned up well and left minimal disruption to the yard. We appreciated the nice job all four of these guys did on the 3 trips they made out to our house. We definitely recommend Apollo. more

Our water heater began leaking on Saturday afternoon. After multiple failed calls to four or five companies, Adam Hanekamp called us Sunday morning from Apollo and agreed to come and replace the water heater. He also clearly explained which water heater we would need. He brought a new industrial water heater within one hour of the call and worked continuously for 4 hours to remove the old one and insert the new one. He also cleaned up the area. We were extremely pleased with his work and his communication. The cost was high (which has been an issue for us with Apollo) but Adam was very helpful. Thank you. more

Matt, Devin, and Dylan placed the liner in my sewer pipe. They did a great job. They were on time and did what they said they would do. They were very professional and let me know how things were progressing throughout the day. They were done in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I have been with Apollo for 17 years. They have always done a great job. I also bought my furnace and air conditioner from them. They are a company I trust. I stay with them because I know I can count on them to do the job right. more

We recently replaced our Heating and Cooling system through Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing. The whole process was hassle free, professional and competitively priced. I was particularly impressed with Zach and Ernie B, our HVAC installation technicians. You would be hard press to find a better hard working team. They were prompt, professional and courteous. It was an all day project and we are very please with all aspects. Particularly the team of Ernie B and Zach are valuable employees of Apollo and we would recommend the company to anyone looking to repair or replace their unit. more

Eric gave us good information about our system when the AC failed. He pointed out that our units (AC and furnace) were about 15 years old and there were more energy efficient units available that would make our home more comfortable. He gave us options of units that were more energy efficient. Though the gas furnace appeared to still be working well, we decided to replace it also at the same time. When the technicians were removing the furnace, they noted and pointed out to us that there were multiple cracks in the lines that were probably leaking carbon monoxide. Good decision to replace. Our home is now back to being comfortable - and safe! more

We had the most pleasant experience by contracting Apollo Heating Cooling and Plumbing to repair our malfunctioning air conditioning system. Apollo was represented by Tony Doyle, who is one of the most professional technicians i have come across. Apollo actually came-out as a "second opinion" as our first HVAC company, .... (who was assigned by our home warranty, First American Home Warranty). .... had royally messed up and failed to diagnose the problem and had 1st suggested that our Circuit Breaker was the culprit (an electrician confirmed nothing wrong with it) and then 2) diagnosed our problem to a faulty furnace board, transformer and thermostat (they recommended all 3 units be replaced at a price of close to $1000). We called Apollo because we got suspicious with ... lack of true trouble shooting. Tony Doyle from Apollo came-out and did a thorough troubleshooting job, which confirmed that nothing was wrong with components that ..... insisted needed to be replaced. Tony traced problem to a shorted wire at the Compressor unit and repaired the wire in minutes. AC is now working great!! And all we had to pay was $70. Thank you Tony and Apollo, you made our day and we have a cool house again...just in time for the hot weather moving in this weekend (projected to be 95F this Saturday). Job well done. I highly recommend Apollo and recommend for Tony Doyle! more
