Used Car Department - Jesus - The internet car sales person was very disorganized and everything that he promised from not having the car (2008 Jaguar XK8) ready which was two days from the date of purchase. The car was not detailed, nor filled with fuel and no demonstration of misc. features of the car which I eventually figured out; to loosing the second key to the new car, and his inability to communicate call back or coordinate with the service department was at the least, very disappointing. \r

In regards to the service department, I was working with Jay. Jay is never at his desk and does not call back.. It seems that always has more important business to work. He is never available to talk to and does not remember what he has promised from one day to the next. I was so tired of the run-around with repairing my car, I starting documenting what he was promising and was calling-him on lack of memory. \r

I recommend trying another dealership or working with others that are not negatively mentioned in these review.\r
