VERY VERY SATISFIED!!! Completely disagree with any negative comments. We needed to make the jump to a modified vehicle to use for our young son who is not able to walk. Paul in the Sales Dept. walked us through options and was very accommodating. Jason in the Sales Dept. was also very professional. They both listened to what we needed and helped guide us through options that would or would not work for us. I have also been very happy with all of the people we've worked with in the Service Dept. who helped us with the modifications. They have been fantastic! We have been treated with respect and professionalism and I am very happy to have found Mobility Supercenter for our modified van needs. more

UNSATISFIED! Disrespectful customer service. \r I medically retired in 2010 as an Army CPT 2010 (C6-C7 Quadriplegic 100% disabled) Similar to the other reviews I am writing this one so others are not taken advantage of by this Company that will do anything to make a dime and take zero responsibility for the weak products they provide clients. The VA funded over $106,000 to Mobility Center of Virginia (MCOV) to provide me with an adapted truck in 2010. The truck has had major electrical problems and many other issues that have not been pin pointed or corrected in over 3yrs. I reached out to MCOV requesting support to take accountability for the inoperable truck and they not only turned me down but they were extremely disrespectful about it. I have had lawyers and the VA investigation department assist me in attempting to hold MCOV accountable for this horrible service and a truck that does not work. It seems MCOV has found a loop hole in the system to cover up this major issue because I have not had any luck and im still paying on a truck I have never had the opportunity to drive. Investigations are still in the process so hopefully MCOV will have to own up to the poor service.\r I ask that you think very seriously about other companies that provide similar services before you are mistreated and taken advantage of by MCOV. I have another Quadriplegic friend that received a van from MCOV and has had major issues with the service and safety hazards from the the MCOV adaptions. Take care and best of luck to you in your search for good service\r more

Unsatisfied. 4/22/2010

I have been a customer of the Mobility Center for several years now. We have put up with their poor service on our vehicle and I am just fed up. We recently had an EZ Lock bracket installed in our van. My husband's chair wobbles around while the vehicle is in motion. My previous EZ Lock never did anything like that. When brought to their attention, they tried to tell me that it was normal. I just feel like we were brushed off. Pros: Poor service Cons: Small company so lower prices more

Will say anything to sell their products!! 3/11/2010

My wife and I bought a Bruno chairlift from them after the sales guy told us how horrible the other company's lift was. This lift has given us nothing but trouble and we found out that our friends got a lift for less and their lift works better than ours! What a rip off. Buyer beware!! Cons: Liars more

Bad customer service 9/30/2008

I went to Mobility Center about 6 months ago with the intention of purchasing a van. I spoke to one of the sales consultants, Jason, and he was the quoting me a price on a van. I spoke with him for awhile and he seemed like a nice guy. Then I found out of another company in the area called Ride-Away. I spoke with the sales girl there who quoted a price on the same type of van for a lower cost. She was also very nice. She even brought the van to my house so that I could try it out. I called back to mobility center and told them I thought I was going to go with Ride-Away because their price is lower. Jason was so mad that he started yelling at me on the phone! I couldn't believe it. I was so upset. He brought me to tears. Please don't shop there. No one deserves that kind of treatment!!!!!!! Pros: The vans they offer are good Cons: The sales staff treats you like garbage! more
