My husband and I both bought MINIs from Lauren. He got his Cooper hardtop first and we had such a great experience dealing with Lauren and MINI of Allentown, that within a month, I went back and got one for myself (Cooper S coupe). Ditto what others have said - Lauren is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and professional and I'd highly recommend her to anyone interested in owning a MINI. We've gotten excellent service at MoA. Rob, the service manager, is The Man - knowledgeable, efficient, equally fun to deal with, and always takes the time to explain and answer questions. I never mind waiting for my car because practically everyone on the floor will stop by to say hello and chat MINIs for a moment, which makes it more like being at a friend's house than a dealer's waiting room. We also appreciate the fact that MoA actively sponsors, organizes and participates in local MINI and charitable events. How many dealers do you know that will organize a rally, drive with the group, then feed you hamburgers afterward?? Overall, I highly recommend MINI of Allentown and our Motoring Advisor, Lauren.
