Mimi's Nails

A friend of mine and her grandmother when to mimi's.... her grandmother had a stoke and is paralized on the left side.... she used to get her nails done all the time as long as someone is there to hold her hand out straight. When they went to mimi's she sat down and the lady looked at her like she was nothing but dirt and told her she couldnt do her nails. She was very rude and made her grandmother cry the entire way home. EVERY other nail place said they would be glad to do her nails as long as someone came to hold her hand out straight. The employees at mimi's nails are very cruel and dont care about how they make other people feel. I will never go back. what ever happened to common respect?? this nail salon is very rude and i have never been more disgusted with the service i have recieved. Pros: no pros. The employees at mimi's are rude and have no respect for the elderly. My grandmother went in to have her nails done after having a stroke because thats the only thing she really enjoyed doing anymore. The lady looked at her as if she were yesterdays trash. She was very rude and made my grandmother cry. I am very upset with them and we will no longer be going there. Pros: nothing Cons: rude and disrespectful towards the elderly more
