Each time I come to Midco in Grand Forks, I always wait for at least 30 minutes in line. This is because there are not enough people staffed. As I stand here waiting in line, I have seen 4 people leave because they don't have time to wait. This needs to be fixed! more

Seriously? Shouldn't be so hard. 3/7/2016

Recently midco has been airing local basketball over my favorite shows that I record- on multiple channels ! (Whats up with that?)Then when the shows air later (like 12 am) it doesn't show up as new, so it doesn't record. So I went to try watching online- but can't get into my account. When I try creating one, it says I have one, but when I try logging in, it says the email cannot be found. Then after trying to figure out my username/ login, it tells you to call customer service- so I tried to contact them via phone, but their customer service is automated, and it just sends you in circles- never helping the situation. !!! SO FRUSTRATING! Not worth the price.!! more

Internet Service 11/7/2014

I recently moved and had Midco install a line for my internet but it was the worst job ever. The technician drilled into my electrical box more than once even after I told him to stop. He had to call in two others to help and was there for 5 hrs just to install one cable. When I called Al Benjamin the install manager he told me he was busy with other stuff and other work. So I had to call around to get my electrical box fixed and also the drywall that had to be cut by electrician to get to 7 damaged wires. I have been treated horribly by the corporate office all the way down to local center. I wish there was another internet cable provider in town. HORRIBLE experience. more

They provide a great service! 8/15/2005

Midcontinent Communications provides a great service! Their cable internet is great and although their is a few downtimes, most of the time it is up and running fast. The price is isn't that bad either for what you get. I highly recommend giving them a try, not only for cable provider but also for your high speed internet provider as you can't go wrong. It is the largest provider in town. more
