Recently midco has been airing local basketball over my favorite shows that I record- on multiple channels ! (Whats up with that?)Then when the shows air later (like 12 am) it doesn't show up as new, so it doesn't record. So I went to try watching online- but can't get into my account. When I try creating one, it says I have one, but when I try logging in, it says the email cannot be found. Then after trying to figure out my username/ login, it tells you to call customer service- so I tried to contact them via phone, but their customer service is automated, and it just sends you in circles- never helping the situation. !!! SO FRUSTRATING! Not worth the price.!!
