Its very hard to find an auto shop that you can trust to always do a great job and not overcharge you or request work that doesn't really need to be done. This team consistently provides quality work at a reasonable price and also does a lot to support the local community and charities. more

Service, Service, Service!!! 11/21/2011

My Wife and I have taken all of our cars to Midas at Short Pump for several years. Matthew the Manager and Mark the Owner are always driven for their customers success by providing friendly and professional service! I'm in the people business and people are hard to please. Matthew, Mark and their team have always done their best to go the extra mile and in my book are triple A+ rated! After experiencing several other auto repair shops, I will never go anywhere else but Midas Short Pump!!! more

As always a great experience 11/14/2011

As always when I walk into Midas Richmond I am greeted by name and immediately helped. I am always shown what is going on with my car, which is very important to me. It is never assumed that I don't know what they are talking about. Any question I have no matter how trival it is answered until I am at ease. Thank you for the care that you always give.
