I have had buckeye for over a year I pay for high-speed internet phone service hd cable service and DVR service I'm paying over $120 a month and am very unsatisfied with the service I have had numerous problems I called to have service upgraded and they come out and downgrade my service on top of taking my power supply for my personal router took 4 days to get the downgrade fixed and over a week and a half to get my power supply back then everything was fine for a few weeks when I again began having problems the phone and internet began cutting out completely on a Friday and they kept supposedly fixing it but it is now five days that I have been losing internet and phone service as well as a few television outages along the way at the same time I will be switching from buckeye to another company the customer service reps try to act like its not a big deal when you lose service but if I were to lose there money one month they would cut my service no questions asked all in all they do no more

when we signed up for phone add-on they gave us free HBO for several months. However, the bastards didn't let us know that at the end of the free time they charge you for it! when I called to say I did not want it and NEVER asked for it they said I still had to pay. I told the jerk that they were sneaky sh*ts. He thought that it was alright what they were doing. SOB, not only is HBO not worth a dime, but buckeye has the balls to screw their customers over. more

I use this company for my cable tv and for my computer. I have a cable modem. I have been using their service for years now. They always answer all my problems in a timely and friendly manner. They are always on time for appointments and they are very friendly. more

Buckeye Cable System is not one I would recommend unless it's all you can get. They are highly overpriced (allthough most cable companies are anyway), the cable goes out on a fairly regular basis, and getting someone out to service the equipment takes far too long and I often had to call them out again because they hadn't fixxed the problem the first time. PROS: may be the only thing available in your area of town CONS: bad service, high price, outages more
