Mesa Rosa is one of the few convenient places to get Mexican food in the Four Points area... we've eaten there several times simply for that fact, and there are some redeeming items on the menu. The bean and cheese nachos are good, as is the chicken, bean and cheese burrito covered with creamy jalepeno sauce. The fajita beef dish on their specialty list is also good.
However, even if we've found a few things we like about Mesa Rosa's food, their service is extremely inconsistent, and the ambience stinks. Maybe the location closer to Round Rock on 620 is better?
Pros: Location, Food
Cons: Ambience, Parking, Service
