Water heater replacement 10/27/2013

My daughter's water heater began leaking and was ruining carpet in her bedroom. I called Meridian Plumbing on a Thursday and on Friday Francisco arrived at exactly the time I was told he would. He made several modifications in order to bring the new heater up to code and was very diligent in doing so. The new water heater is doing a fantastic job. Francisco was personable and a pleasure to have do this job. He answered all my questions correctly, and represented his company very well. more

Excellent 10/25/2013

Francisco came to my 92 year old mother's house - he was very polite and prompt for the appointment. He let me know everything that would be involved and how he planned to go about it. Most importantly was that the job be right . That's why we always call Meridian Plumbing! more

Outstanding Professional Service 10/18/2013

Francisco Alcantar came to replace a defective frost-free hydrant. He was a very pleasant person and a hard worker. He was very careful making sure the job was done to my satisfaction and was very good to make sure the clean up process left everthing as he found it. I would certainly have him back for additional plumbing work. more

Francisco - Same day response and excellent repair. 9/27/2013

Was resetting a toilet, a job I've done several times before, when I discovered the flange was cracked. I decided it was time for a plumber. Francisco came out the same day and got the flange replaced. Job well done. more

Great Job and Quick Service 9/27/2013

I called one day and Pat came out the next morning. It wasn't an emergency, but we were unable to use one of our bathroom sinks and it was inconvenient. Pat had a replacement for the broken part and replaced it quickly. While he was here I mentioned that the piping under our kitchen sink was tilted up rather than down. He said he'd really like to see THAT. He replaced piping so that it would drain properly. He also said that he couldn't believe a plumber would do that. We appeciated the extra attention to detail. He explained everything so that we would know what he was doing and why. Reasonable cost, too. more

Beyond satisfactory. Superior. 9/11/2013

Our tech, was Mike. He is good-natured and good-humored. Mike got right to his work; wore shoe covers (a plus). As he was working he answered all my questions amiably. Truthfully, he wore a small all while he was here. The installation of my new garbage disposal (from Costco) was quickly done, and he cleaned out the clog in my pipes (accumulated over time, especially from our old disposal). All was done in a professional, "all knowing" manner. Our daughter and her children arrived while he was here and he treated them personably with a big smile. We are so very pleased with his work and attitude. I must say, he should run the business. :> :> :> Oh yeah! The tech before Mike was also extremely good. Not quite the smiler, but, indeed an excellent master at his plumbing trade! more

Leak Repair and Bathroom facility replacement 8/30/2013

I recently had the need for a plumber on 2 different problems. While in the process of moving I found that the faucet to the cold water on my washing machine on the the exciting home had stuck open and I need to have it repair right away. I called Meridian Plumbing and with in 1 hour there was a plumber (Francisco) there and he had the repair completed. On the home that I purchased I notice that the guts on the tanks to the facilities needed to be replaced...I again called Meridian plumbing and was lucky enough to get Francisco again. It was determined that it would be best to replace then repair and the work was again done in a time manner. Very impressed with this company and Francisco and would recommend them to anyone. more

Leak Repair 8/28/2013

Pat came out within about 2 hours of calling to repair a leak in my crawlspace. He gave us great advice to help prevent future leaks and performed way beyond our expectations for the price charged. I'm always impressed with Meridian Plumbing! more

Kitchen faucet replacement and check leaking garbage disposal 8/20/2013

Francisco called before arriving a half hour early for the job. He got right to work to replace our old kitchen faucet with a new one. He was able to fix the leak to the garbage disposal without having to replace a part. He was very professional and courteous. Meridian Plumbing can be proud of Francisco and his work! more

Mike came to fix my toilet he tried to adjust the fill valve but couldn't get it to work so he replaced it with a new one and it works great now he knew what he was doing and got the job done in no time at all he did a great job and I would call them again if I have a problem. it done in no time at all he knew what he was doing. more

Francisco came to reset a toilet that had been removed due to new flooring being installed. I asked him to look at my two outdoor faucets as I wasn't sure they were working right. I was also concerned about the two sump pumps in my crawl space and the fact that they were running about ever 40 minutes every day. He made another appointment to come back to replace the two faucets, and he went into the crawl space and thoroughly checked out the situation. more

Leaking Sprinkler Supply Line Repair 7/19/2013

July 2013. When I developed a leak in my sprinkler supply line Meridian Plumbing sent Franciso out at the time I requested. His professionalism and explanations made a difficult repair go quickly and the results were excellent. Not my first call to Meridian Plumbing and it won't be my last. Thanks Francisco! more

Had a backyard faucet rigged with JB Weld for a couple of years but that didn't stop the pipe from cranking past the temporary fix. Mike did a great job explaining and doing the repairs. I plan to use them for the next Water Heater & Water Softener. more

The appointment was for a garbage disposal replacement. 7/9/2013

After calling the appointment was set up for the next day.The call was handled very professionally.Francisco the technician came earlier after calling me to verify it was ok. He was very neat,put on booties before entering and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He obviously knew exactly how to replace the disposal and did so very quickly and without a hitch. The price was right and all in all a good experience. I highly recommend them. more
