Our plumber, Brian, was courtesy, friendly and knowledgeable. He was so efficient with our needed repair my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised how quickly he completed the task. He even put on shoe protectors. This is our second time to call Meridian Plumbing for repairs. We will always call for their help - both plumbers were awesome! My thanks go to them for having high standards in their hiring progress. more

Problem Solvers! 3/23/2015

I could not be more happy with the service I received from Meridian Plumbing. I called them after I had another plumbing outfit come out twice to replace a shower water converter. Not only did the first outfit never return or call, the took the broken part and tightened the faucet lever on so tight it was a miracle that Fred from Meridian Plumbing got off. Thank you so much Meridian Plumbing, we will be calling you for a plumbing inspection on our new place. I have already recommended you to Realtors I work with. I highly recommend you! more

Outstanding Work! 3/10/2015

Dan came out the day after I called and very efficiently reset a toilet and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was extremely efficient, very friendly, and quite competent. He took special pains to clean up after himself and accomplished the work in a very short time frame. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone, regardless of the size of the job. more

Disposal Replacement 2/28/2015

Fast, Friendly, Affordable 2/25/2015

We had a rival plumbing company come out and give us an estimate for putting in a new sink strainer and replacing a kitchen faucet (we had purchased a new one already). The Rival quoted us over $800.00. I had an appointment and had to leave the house. While I was in the car I contacted Meridian Plumbing. They told me the job wouldn't exceed 300.00. I immediately called my wife and she told the rival company to stop the work. The plumber from the rival company had only accomplished turning off the main water supply and unhooking the separate hose sprayer from under the sink. He warned us that the other companies will quote low and then you will end up paying a WHOLE lot more when they come out. Then he proceeded to charge 250.00 for the time and work he had done (essentially NONE), and that was WITH a $35.00 internet coupon. Meridian plumbing showed up later that day and did the entire job for $250.00 Add the $250.00 that we paid for absolutely nothing from the rival company, and we STILL paid $300.00 less than the rivals quote for the job. We will always use Meridian plumbing for future jobs. more

I have used Meridian Plumbing numerous times for our commercial property problems. Fred always explains to me what needs to be done and then he gets it done. Great local company and they always show up when they say they will and they always give me a heads up phone call. more

Recommended 2/20/2015

ESTIMATE: on-time for appointment, friendly, took the time to answer my questions, competitive price, flat rate pricing, did not add-on unnecessary extras or so-called "safety" features, they knew the plumbing code/law for my area. INSTALLATION: on-time for appointment, called before he arrived, had the right water heater and equipment, friendly, took the time to answer my questions, quality work, kept jobsite clean, no extra/hidden charges, no up-charges, no extra fees for "unseen" jobsite problems, no surprises, passed Idaho State plumbing inspection. HOW TO IMPROVE: Be a little more proactive pre-sale (follow-up, returning calls/emails). SUMMARY: I would hire them again, as long as their business practices stay honest and their prices stay competitive. more

Great people! 2/20/2015

Wonderful people, plumbers and the office. We had them install an RO unit and we had problems with it not their fault but they came back twice and tried to fix it. We ended up having to return the unit. They are very responsive and courteous. We will use them again. more

Excellent work! 2/19/2015

Dan came out late in the day to fix a hot water problem. He quickly found and fixed the problem then offered advise on other issues that needed to be upgraded, He took the time to explain to me how to repair simple plumbing related problems in the future. I would call Meridian Plumbing again if needed. more
