We were very pleased with the service Meridian Plumbing provided us in January. We had several issues to repair and a water heater inspection. They did a thorough job and made recommendations to make the best repairs- which we did. Their work was exceptional and timely. We will use them again. more

Dan was outstanding, he had to deal with the city of Kuna water dept. that has no concept of time. He did a great job under the worst conditions. Your fee was more than fair, frankly we expected it to be higher. You are our only call if ever we need a plumber again. We will wait till you can fit us in. more

Francisco first came out to our house when our water heater was making loud noises and had to be cranked up to give us any hot water. He checked out everything and then told me what the problem was: the 8-year-old water heater was failing. He gave me a couple of solutions, and I chose the one that was within my budget, knowing that we would have to replace the water heater eventually. I loved that he took the time to explain the system to me and he didn't try to pressure me into the most expensive solution. Just yesterday, we finally replaced our water heater using Meridian Plumbing, and their service was quick, friendly and professional. Francisco and his coworker did the replacement, and he was just as great as our first meeting. I will definitely call them with any plumbing needs I have in the future. more

We had our home remodeled a few years ago and the original remodeler did not set the toilet properly on top of the new tile on the bathroom floor. Francisco surveyed the problem and told us exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. His work was professional and efficient, he was very personable to speak with and he cleaned up after the repairs were completed. more

On 9 Jan, 2015, Fred and Dan came out to my house to do some work for me. I had to have a humidifier drain rerouted to my washing machine drain due to the line freezing plus they installed a hot water recirculation pump as we were wasting a lot of good water before it got warm enough to use in our master bedroom. Fred took one job and Dan took the other job and in less than two hours they had finished. Now the humidifier drain line is no longer draining and we’re not wasting precious water. Fred and Dan were friendly, explained exactly what was involved for both jobs and while working always removed their shoes when coming into the house. Afterwards they cleaned up any mess. I had them come out a few days ahead of time to give me an estimate which was at no cost unlike some of the other companies that charged for an estimate. Because they were very reasonable in price and I had previously dealt with Meridian Plumbing to have a new sink and faucet installed, I decided again to select them for the job and I have no regrets. Fred and Dan, you should get a raise for doing such a great job and answering all my redundant questions. I highly recommend them and in the future I will have Meridian Plumbing come out to do the job knowing that the price will be competitive and job reliable. Called the office and the phone was answered by a pleasant, live person (the other plumber I called had a voice message). The owner got on the line to answer my questions in detail. Fred and a colleague arrived at the scheduled time (after calling first to confirm). They were friendly and answered questions I had about several plumbing-related issues while installing a hot water circulating pump. They were neat and tidy as well. more

Francisco was a very informative about what needed to be done. He showed me all of the things that needed to be fixed so I could see for myself. Our water heater went belly-up and I called Meridian Plumbing to have someone come out and take a look. Pat Keller came out and showed us where the safety valve and pipes on top of the heater had blown and were severely bent. We had a new one installed, and I was extremely pleased with Pat's professionalism and willingness to answer my seemingly-moronic questions. I called looking for a plumber after dealing with a very poor re-install post-remodel kitchen sink and Francisco showed up. Very pleasant gentleman! Very knowledgeable. Was charged $125 for a service call. What Francisco did was replace a cartridge that operated perfectly. What he did not do was replace the $5 - $10 hot water valve handle that was the actual problem. I get to go try and find that since he left us with no water while he went looking and came back with the wrong parts. Could not be more disappointed! I have done business with M.P. in the past, must be new management. Don't trust these unethical crooks! I'll be warning everyone I get a chance too discuss this with. There's a lot of people at the semiconductor plant I worked at! Too bad, I'm moving back to Meridian soon and hoped for trustworthy professionals I had dealt with in the 1990's. more
