This was my first service for my 2010 C Class. This is my 2nd Mercedes, I had a 2004 C240 prior to this vehicle so I have visited quite a few dealerships for service and have had good experiences with all of them (with one exception in Newport Beach). I just wanted to say that I think this was my best experience yet. My service advisor was very nice and straightforward with the services that my car needed. When getting my rental car I mentioned that it was the same as my car and I was offerered another color. I thought that really went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this dealership. more

I am not one to write comments but I have to regarding one of MBLN employees. I just purchased a car just this past Saturday. I have to take a moment to mention sales member Steve Turner. He has never made a car buying experience so painless and dare say it actually enjoyable!!! He is so kind, outgoing , and most importantly, does not ""pressure"" like the typical car salesman, he comes across more as your friend, a trait I think any buyer can appreciate. Steve Turner has stuck in my mind and I just have nothing but good to say about him. I would, and will refer him to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes. He made sure I was comfortable and had all questions answered before I drove my car off the lot. He as well gave me a courtesy call the next day to ensure I was enjoying my new car and to make sure I had no questions or concerns that may have arisen while driving home etc. He gave 100+ service! I cannot rave enough about Mr. Turner. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel is extremely lucky to have such an outstanding person as part of their team! Someone please walk over to Steve Turner and give him a high five! :) more

We love the car! 5/15/2012

I could not be more thrilled with my recent experience of leasing a new car! Our Sales Consultant, Russ Ellis has a very sincere approach; he was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Eddy Huang was also very accommodating to us and we enjoyed his honest and diplomatic communication style. Russ and Eddy were both extremely professional! We love the car! We love the terms! .... and the whole experience could not have been more pleasureable! I have already told 3 people about our experience with Laguna Niguel Mercedes and intend to continue my endorsement. Absolutely a wonderful experience. We have purchased three Mercedes Benz in the past. With this fourth, we traveled from Cayucos, California to Laguna Niguel, California just because of Steve Hall, our salesperson. Steve is remarkable. He saw to our every need and ensured that we were happy with everything - the options, the price, the terms - everything. We will definitely be back to Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel for all of our cars in the future. more

My husband and I purchased two new vehicles, a 2012 SLK 350 and a 2011 E350. Our sales consultant, Amir Zokaeieh, was so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He took the time to go over all the features of both new cars and he did sync both of our cell phones for us. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I have to say that out of all of our consultants that we have had (this is our fifth car with MBZ Laguna Niguel) I can honestly say that I think he was the best. Also, we had a pleasurable experience with Mike Larkin in regards to our leasing paperwork, he made it simple and quick, a walk in the park. Your dealership has done it again! I just completed a lease turn-in with Steve Hall and drove out in a gorgeous 2011 Mercedes E350 Luxury Edition sedan. Steve was able to locate the car of my choice and made arrangements to have the car transported to your dealership. He kept me apprised of the transaction from the beginning to the end and answered all of my phone calls in a timely matter. All of the paperwork was completed before I arrived to sign the documents and I was able to complete the whole deal in one hour. Steve Hall was very professional and courteous and has a great can do attitude. The rates and terms of my contract could not be matched with any other Orange County Mercedes dealer. I am thoroughly pleased with my buying experience.This was my fifth Mercedes in a row that I have purchased from your dealership. I like the no-pressure environment and the high level of customer service. The new construction and design of the dealership is awesome and is very noticeable upon entering the showroom.I wanted to acknowledge two other employees. Eli Kohn in Finance was a pleasure to deal with. He explained all the terms in a clear and concise manner and answered all of our questions. Edgar Ceniceros is my Service Advisor and he also does a great job in taking care of our Mercedes. He is always there to meet me at an appointment and gives me status calls throughout the day. The bottom line is that Steve, Eli and Edgar are assets to your business and I appreciate their customer service. more
