I am not one to write comments but I have to regarding one of MBLN employees. I just purchased a car just this past Saturday. I have to take a moment to mention sales member Steve Turner. He has never made a car buying experience so painless and dare say it actually enjoyable!!! He is so kind, outgoing , and most importantly, does not ""pressure"" like the typical car salesman, he comes across more as your friend, a trait I think any buyer can appreciate. Steve Turner has stuck in my mind and I just have nothing but good to say about him. I would, and will refer him to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes. He made sure I was comfortable and had all questions answered before I drove my car off the lot. He as well gave me a courtesy call the next day to ensure I was enjoying my new car and to make sure I had no questions or concerns that may have arisen while driving home etc. He gave 100+ service! I cannot rave enough about Mr. Turner. Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel is extremely lucky to have such an outstanding person as part of their team! Someone please walk over to Steve Turner and give him a high
five! :)
