This was my first service for my 2010 C Class. This is my 2nd Mercedes, I had a 2004 C240 prior to this vehicle so I have visited quite a few dealerships for service and have had good experiences with all of them (with one exception in Newport Beach). I just wanted to say that I think this was my best experience yet. My service advisor was very nice and straightforward with the services that my car needed. When getting my rental car I mentioned that it was the same as my car and I was offerered another color. I thought that really went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to this dealership.
