After waiting more than 1 month for the appointment AND 1 hour in the office on the appointment day, Dr. (I wonder where he got his degree?!) Sam Melouk came up with two different excuses for his nurses to lie to us, trying to weasel out of the appointment. So, I never saw him except for two different times when he was fiddling around on his laptop. He has the worst rating of all urologists in the state of Colorado, so save yourself some time and go to another one who....cares! Cheers!
