Of course the carpets were cleaned very well, but that's what I expected. What really impressed me was the degree of professionalism. Phone calls were precise and detailed, so that I didn't feel that I was being misled. And what really sold me was arrival time. I am a very particular old foggy and, when I agreed to and 8:00 arrival, that's what I expected. And Brent did indeed get here just before the bewitching hour.
