Over a year ago I went in for a rhinoplasty consultation already knowing I was going to book with Dr. Masri because a lot of my friends received good results with their rhinoplast...

I went here a few times because I bought a package that included IPL treatments and Peels. Please becareful, I was burnt during an IPL treatment and then was blamed for it. I do n...

I have received three laser hair removal treatments out of six. I am pleased with my results thus far and the staff have been very kind and helpful. I would recommend masri of Birmingham to others. I haven't received enough treatment to comment on the effectivity of their hair removal system but results are noticeable at this point. more

I feel better about my appearance since having the hair removed. The staff was nice. They tried to make sure that I was comfortable. The treatment was very effective. more

All Birmingham Front Office Staff have always been professional, knowledgable, concise yet thorough, patient and friendly while being very busy... Very impressed with the Office Manager management! More importantly as a patient or customer of the clinic, the technician, Gina, is all of the above and more! My next appointment will be my fifth, and I believe my treatment will be successful...I feel very good about my overall experience. Advice, note that if you come to understand that you are not seeing results, or a new tech is too quick to get you in and out the door... Then it is time to switch and make a change to see and get results and see the great work by effective experienced and talented treatment. Thank you. more

I am so happy that I bought the groupon! These 6 treatments have been fabulous...the staff has been wonderful, the beds are very comfortable, and the results are just what I wanted! Thank you! more

Cleanliness is good, facilities are nice, great location in downtown Birmingham.Staff members and service are hit and miss. Julie, a laser tech, is awesome and worth requesting, even though they will never mark your file or allow you to book your preference in advance. A silly paper "coupon" system is required, despite their computer records. Given the 46 weeks between visits, it's easy to lose them and then you're SOL.Sometimes I've waited over an hour, good thing my schedule is flexible. Other staff members were at times curt, frustrating, or hurried, but Julie is always calm, friendly, and steady. She gets five stars, the rest of the place gets just two, averaging three overall I suppose. more

  • Haitham Masri, MD is Michigan’s first Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon and is also Board Certified in Otolaryngology and in Sleep Medicine. In fact, he is the first in the nation to be Board Certified in all three of these specialties. He is also Michigan’s very first specialist officially trained in the external cosmetic nose surgery technique. Dr. Masri has over 28 years of experience and his training in the field of Facial Plastic Surgery is extensive. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Masri completed his General Surgery residency at the State University of New York and then completed a year of Fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto.
