All Birmingham Front Office Staff have always been professional, knowledgable, concise yet thorough, patient and friendly while being very busy... Very impressed with the Office Manager management! More importantly as a patient or customer of the clinic, the technician, Gina, is all of the above and more! My next appointment will be my fifth, and I believe my treatment will be successful...I feel very good about my overall experience. Advice, note that if you come to understand that you are not seeing results, or a new tech is too quick to get you in and out the door... Then it is time to switch and make a change to see and get results and see the great work by effective experienced and talented treatment. Thank you.
