Cleanliness is good, facilities are nice, great location in downtown Birmingham.Staff members and service are hit and miss. Julie, a laser tech, is awesome and worth requesting, even though they will never mark your file or allow you to book your preference in advance. A silly paper "coupon" system is required, despite their computer records. Given the 46 weeks between visits, it's easy to lose them and then you're SOL.Sometimes I've waited over an hour, good thing my schedule is flexible. Other staff members were at times curt, frustrating, or hurried, but Julie is always calm, friendly, and steady. She gets five stars, the rest of the place gets just two, averaging three overall I suppose.
